At Bdeo, we’re transforming the insurance and fleet industries through AI-powered visual intelligence. As we continue expanding globally, we’re looking for a Sales Operations & GTM Manager based in Spain who’s excited to become the operational engine behind predictable, data-driven revenue growth.

If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, enjoy building structure where others see chaos, and love combining CRM governance, automation, AI tools, and sharp analytics to supercharge commercial performance… this could be your next big move 📈⚙️🤖

You’ll act as the strategic right hand to the CEO on all Sales-related topics, own the CRM and revenue tech stack, and drive automation and AI initiatives that reduce manual work while increasing pipeline quality and forecasting accuracy.

In short: you won’t just support growth — you’ll help design the machine that makes it predictable, scalable, and smarter every quarter.
